controlling event budget, and arranges the Managing Partner’s appointments.
Arranges hotels and plane tickets reservations for the Managing Partner.
Directs preparation and filling of corporate legal documents with government
agencies to conform to statutes.
Takes and transcribes dictation, and composes and prepares confidential
correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.
Files all company’s correspondences and other official documents.
Responsible of the company’s store and equipments.
