We facilitate change because I reflected backwards and connected the dots on my quest for identity and change, a journey that took me on the most deadly migration route in the world, across the central Sahara desert, from West Africa to Scandinavia, and found 12 key stages of a life cycle that also relates to the journeys of change that individuals, groups, organizations and communities go through in pursuit of their goals. The journey always comes back to us. Therefore, we must make choices and take responsibility, and be the change that we want to see happen. This program takes you through the 12 stages of the change process and helps you to reach your intended destination in your personal like, at work and in entrepreneurship.

From Djanet

 Sahara desert is the size of the entire United States ofAmerica.
 3,500 miles of desert.
 A week’s trek on foot in the central Sahara from Djanet to Ghat.
 One person in four travellers succumb to the dire conditions and die.
 At the start, get rid of stuff that can wear you down on the trek.
 Human bones sticking out of the sand. Burial mounds.
 Littered with shoes, trainers, rucksacks, water bottles and clothes.
 Walking in the heat without water. Life expectancy is a matter of hours.
Corpses and skeletons sitting down.
