• At interview you should be looking to get the edge over your competition.
• Each of these areas will go some way in helping you win in the quest in attaining your next
role. Our candidates are the most prepared in the industry and there is a reason they do so
well at interviews.

Spend 1 – 3 hours preparing
• Read the job spec in full and get examples of where you have done
this for the interview Examples go such a long way to giving you
credibility
• Know you CV inside out
• Be sure on dates of roles and any significant achievements
• Research the company
• Have relevant and intelligent questions
• Dress professionally and be early
• Know who you are meeting and know something about them
• Follow up with an email to thank them
• Think of "WHY ME"
