Commissioned from the rank of Sergeant and retired at the rank of Major after 29 years of loyal
service is a clear indication of my reliability, leadership and team work. More than twelve years of highly
successful logistics management in planning, executing, sustaining and closing of all overseas missions
since 1999 has prepared me to be a solution minded Director with a global perspective in identifying and
setting-up essential procedures for any business operations and/or projects.
WORK EXPERIENCE
• Planned, managed, executed and tracked the mounting of equipment, vehicles and personnel
deploying overseas on over 8 CF missions.
• Initiated, developed and implemented inventory tracking process for Immediate Operational
Requirements (IOR’s) into austere environments and conducted inventory verifications of
deployed holdings including control measures, policies and practices.
• Organized, managed, coordinated and controlled $60M Director General Land Environment
Project Management (DGLEPM) Overhaul and maintenance (O&M) budget for CF Army Fleet
Management Project.

operations.

2012 – 2014 Supervisor for M&M material control activities related to fabrication, transportation,
warehousing and customs of equipment for mining projects;
2014 – 2015 Responsible for of all procurements, material warehousing including inventory control as well
as logistic and custom clearances.
2015 - Present Director of Administration and Procurement for SNC Lavalin Inc at a Central Electric
Plant in Hadjret En Nouss, Algeria, responsable for warehousing, procurement, vehicle fleet, drivers,
cleaners, infrastructure and site contracts as well as transportation/logistics and custom clearances.
MILITARY RANK
Began career as a Private and was commissioned to the rank of Lieutenant and achieved the rank of
Major in CF Land Supply & Logistics. I obtained the recognition of top student in every military course I
attended, I was awarded several commendations and recognitions for my effortless contributions and
endless support towards my peers and subordinates.
PRIVATE INDUSTRY
Hired directly upon my retirement from the Forces in Jan 2012, SNC Lavalin employed me within their
Mine and Metallurgy Division. Responsible for the activities of supervising the cradle to grave processes
of the activities related to purchasing, fabricating, expediting, inspection and delivery. Once the project
was completed successfully in 2013 I transferred to the Infrastructure and Construction Division within the
Hadjret En Nouss Algeria project as the Head of Warehousing, Purchasing, Logistics and Customs. I am
currently responsible for managing 40+ employees, providing best practices related to material
management, supervising the purchasing of local and international material as well as the
transportation/customs activities related to the delivery of these purchases. My first order of business
upon arrival was to realign warehouses in accordance with best practices, review purchasing activities
and processes to align with current best business practices according to procurement regulations and to
create a working relationship with Algerian customs in order to eliminate unnecessary blockages in
materiel delivery. I inherited the responsibility of site management in 2015 that includes cleaning,
accommodations, and site infrastructure/site management.
