I am writing to thank you personally for all the valued support that
you continue to give to Water UK. And to thank you for the
supportthat you have given to me personally.
You have been absolutely essential in establishing and
maintaining our positionand reputation in Scotland, Wales and
Northern Ireland and, quite simply, we could not do this without
your skill and professionalism.You have all the knowledge
needed,you understand us and Water UK generally and, crucially,
stakeholders like and admire you – so we haven’t put a footwrong
thanks to your contacts, your skills and your guidance. Everything
is researched and planned and all our contacts are kept warm and
informed so we continue to build successfullyin countries where,
otherwise, we would really struggle.
It has been a real pleasure working with you and I have enjoyed
our working relationship very much.
