DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for Vehicle integration of Aggregates- Structure, Exterior, Interior, Door,
HVAC, Electrical, Cowl.
• Prepare the Time plan for W0, W1, W2, W3 stages & complete & signoff the VI
accordingly.
• Create a Top Level Assembly which Includes sub assemblies for each aggregate.
• Ensure the all parts, Assemblies & whole aggregates are made as per VI check sheet, CMVR,
AIS standard (ARAI) & VECV Standards used for body design & Prerequisite.
• Cross verify the CAD data by Interface between each aggregate.
• Create the request for VDFA, VDFS, VDFM, its Report, make the changes accordingly &
Signoff the doc, for Release.
• Collect the NCR & TGW issue from Proto built up & closure the same.
• Prepare CG & Weight data for various aggregate designs.
• Complete the Validation activities for homologation.
• Collect the data for RTS Requirement.
• To cross verify the VDFS concern in physically with DFS team
