In addition to a regular mention of the lack of corporate ready budding professionals in India (in Leading newspapers, websites and professional surveys), Team Top Leaf with a collective experience over 7 decades has taken this as a challenge and our social responsibility to work upon and bridge the gap.
Every member of Team Top Leaf, despite his / her busy schedule and prior commitments has volunteered to contribute to this social cause by sparing one day every week on mentoring budding professionals and make them corporate ready.
The initiative has led to the conception of our pioneer MENTORSHIP PROGRAM – ARJUNA.
The current team size allows us to run the program in 3 colleges every quarter of the year.
