2003. Based on the cost-effective
quality solutions provided by the
company in the field of LT/HT pan-
els the company has continuously
grown in strength.
Now we have more than 80000 SQFT
of manufacturing plant area spread
across 3 locations in a very short
span of time & state of the art facili-
ties for manufacturing in it.
As a testament to our dedication to
working excellence. RST Electri-
cals was awarded ISO 9001:2008
certification by KVQA

protect the Environment. RST has been
awarded ISO 14001. RST is one of the
forerunners among the Indian panel
builders to dedicate considerable
resources towards protecting the
environment all departments are actively
involved in improving the environment
management without compromising the
technical excellence of RST products by
rationalising.

materials and components in the
panels according to the relevant IS.
b. Preventing pollution, respecting
water and air and reducing noise
levels from production process.
c. Effluent treatment plant (ETP)
to prevent discharge of hazards
chemicals.
d. Led lighting is used in complete
infrastructure to save energy.

9. Efficiency and quality are the
hallmarks of our manufacturing
plants, equipped with state-of-the- art
machinery for the entire switchboard
fabrication process, pretreatment
process, powder coating process
with complete inhouse testing
facilities. Our switchboard designs
has been redefined to achieve its
present full modular system.
Cnc machines first shear, punch,
cut and then sheet is bend to
create frames, covers and sheet
metal parts. These are then
processed through pretreatment
tanks and then powder-coated
with an electrostatic powder-
coating system to enhance
the life of the sheet metal
and assembled into panels for
housing switches, busbars and
other electrical components to
form an electrical switchboard. To
reduce computational errors, the
specifications of the metal parts
are pre-calculated and programmed
before fabrication.
Over the years, the design has been
enhanced to achieve improved rigidity,
ease of assembly and efficient
material usage in our switchboard
assembly process.
