MMMFMy Mind, My Funk (MMMF) is a mental health information and support
hub run by Sitawa Wafula ( living with a dual diagnosis of epilepsy and
bipolar, the latter being as a result of trauma from a rape ordeal).
MMMF believes in an Africa where people living with mental health
conditions and their families have access to information and get
appropriate support. It strives to achieve through its 3 main areas of
focus;
1. Sharing mental health INFORMATION to reduce stigma and
ignorance.
2. Providing SUPPORT to those with mental health conditions and
their families.
3. Policy and Advocacy initiatives to PROMOTE the rights of those
living with mental health conditions.
