Prototyping kits is a tool to help making. They can control hardware by writing program. They are commonly used to create prototyping for product.
Arduino and mbed are the two major prototyping kits. The left picture is Arduino, the right picture is mbed.
However, I have a question: are these two prototyping kits really easy to start?
If you use Arduino, you have to download and install software.
On the other hand, if you use mbed, you have to do member registration and mbed needs persistent internet connection.
And you need to learn coding to use both of them.
Many beginners, who suffer from these things, gave up prototyping before they control the hardware and enjoy the prototyping.
The solution consists of 3 components. The compiler in browser, Visual programming and audio.
In existing kits, you have to [click] download, [click] code, [click] create account, [click] internet connection. However, in new[click] system, all you need is a web browser. This is peegar.
Since all you need is a web browser and peegar uses audio to connect device to the circuit, Peegar runs on PC and tablet and smartphone.
This feature is an advantage in many developing countries, where there are limited unstable internet connection. And there are only limited devices like chromebook.
