1. Harmonization of Aquagel unit by wages, grade restructuring and
converted in to HUL subsidiary unit in Gandhidham in 2013.
2. Won TPM Director Award for best practice of TPM in all HUL site across
India in 2012 & 2010.
3. Piloted Career path for assistant technician to technician for entire
HUL 2012.
4. Seamlessly merged four different LTS and signed Tripartite Common
Settlement linked with integrated PQCDSM based incentive Scheme
with external and internal unions in 2012.

Two units and seamlessly relocated 150 employees and merged with
Amli unit in 2012.

Human Resource:
· Planning the Human Resources in line with the production targets & plans
· Managing the entire Recruitment process from sourcing to placement
· Managing the Technical & Behavioural Trainings based on World Class
Manufacturing (WCM) framework
·
· Executed project on psychometric test like alertness and meta-cognition,
ergonomics and planned stoppage under the WCM framework
· Contribution towards business matrix through monitoring & driving the
clearly defined & aligned HR Dashboard every month.
Employee Relations:
· Singed Long Term Settlement with Union in 2008, 2010,2011 & 2012 in
various units like Amli, Athal, Sayli and Amli unit respectively.
· Legal & Statutory Compliances of entire plant & dealing with the
Government & Local bodies.
· Handling various audits – FWS, CAD, Legal Audits from cross-factory
personnel, internal auditors & legal department.
· Disciplinary issues & actions, Domestic Enquiries & Court matters.
· Absenteeism issue, control mechanism through the set line of action that
include counselling, memos & actions on chronic & habitual absentees.
· Employee Engagement events, Sports, Family Engagement events.
· Employee Rewards & Recognition Scheme, framing the scheme till
distribution of rewards & trophies.
· Hiring & management of fixed term contract employees.
· Plant administration including security, canteen, house-keeping &
gardening, communication.
