- Prepare the timetable for staffs and control the time-in
and time-out for staffs
- Perform general clerical duties and answer the telephone
and transfer it to appropriate staff
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters and other
documents, using Ms Office and database.
- Greet visitors and determine whether they should be
given access to specific individuals or department.
- Set the meeting schedule and spread the information as
well as take minute after the meeting
