2.1 Definition
-        is a person employed to aid an executive, as in a
         corporate department, by coordinating such office
         services and procedures as the supervision,
         maintenance, and control of the flow of work and
         programs, personnel, budgeting, records, etc., for the

- Printing: the production of hard and soft of cover books,
    magazines, calendars, and advertising materials

• Work days: Monday to Friday (7-11am & 1pm-5pm)

• Responsibilities:
- Prepare the timetable for staffs and control the time-in
  and time-out for staffs
- Perform general clerical duties and answer the telephone
  and transfer it to appropriate staff
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters and other
  documents, using Ms Office and database.
- Greet visitors and determine whether they should be
  given access to specific individuals or department.
- Set the meeting schedule and spread the information as
  well as take minute after the meeting

 spend long hours sitting and using office equipment with
concentration
 handling the new task for the first time
 the office is located in a busy and open area
 number of deadlines associate with this position
   Solutions:
 high level of accuracy and attention to detail
 be well-prepared with full concentration
 change from interruption into good communication
 referring to the time management skill
