To Whom It May Concern:
Tommy Webb has been a customer since the beginning of his employment at Regency
House in 1997. As a manufacturer’s rep, I have worked with him on behalf of my
companies Décor Moulding, Southern Moulding, North Carolina Moulding, Precision
Frameworks, and New York Graphic Society. During this time, Regency House has been
one of my largest accounts, so we have had frequent contact. Due to the large volume of
their contract business, we have run into many situations that needed immediate response.
Some were very sticky problems. Tommy has always been professional, dependable,
and a great problem solver. When we ran into roadblocks that threatened the profitability
of the job, he would calmly work to correct the problem, or would move on to another
creative solution. I have always been impressed by his ability to remain calm, polite, and
respectful in these situations.
Having spent many hours in their showroom and warehouse, I have seen much of his
interaction with employees. They too, are treated with the same degree of respect and
courtesy. The atmosphere in the office is one of cheer and good nature. I work in
support of some of Regency’s design customers. I have never heard a bad word said
about him.
Tommy is always accessible when needed, and responds quickly. In my opinion, one of
his best traits is that he always ran Regency House like he cared about it as much as if it
were his own company. He would pursue better discounts periodically, especially if
needed to get a certain job, or make it more workable. He double checked invoices to
make sure proper discounts were given. In the last few years when our nation’s
economic problems have made it very tough for the picture framing industry, I saw
Tommy do creative things to help the business, such as use temporary help for large jobs,
try to move excess inventory, have warehouse sales, etc. I would highly recommend
Tommy Webb as an employee. Beyond that, he is genuinely a good and caring person as
well.
Sincerely,
Shirley M. Lowe
