Health First Human Resources Consultant
To be fully engaged in providing Quality/No Harm, Customer Experience, and Stewardship by
effectively incorporating organizational and HR initiatives into the culture of all assigned
business units. The HRC will invest in leaders and help them create, align, and sustain fully-
engaged teams for the purpose of meeting department, facility, and system-wide goals.
Primary Accountabilities
 Help leaders strategically integrate effective HR processes, programs and practices into
their daily operations
 Support leaders in achieving their department and organization goals through associate
engagement
 Educate leaders on associate engagement with a focus on continually increasing our
engagement index; includes teaching leaders how to create an environment that
promotes engagement, how engagement is surveyed and measured, and how to create
meaningful post-survey action plans
 Champion and facilitate organizational change initiatives based on an understanding of
change theory; includes all corporate initiatives such as Department Goal Boards, Lean,
Onboarding, and changes related to Performance Management
 Participate in the design, development and implementation of innovative workforce
retention programs
 Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession
planning
 Establish and leverage solid working relationships across the HR function to ensure
seamless delivery of appropriate and timely HR support to customers
 Demonstrate resilience and a positive perspective in the midst of stress and continuous
change
 Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR team to develop solutions, programs
and policies to support the organization and individual business units
Qualifications:
 Bachelor degree required with 3-5 years of related HR Management, Business
Partnering/OD experience or equivalent
 Able to provide leadership, work collaboratively, and consult effectively with
organizational leaders
 Highly motivated self-starter and able to work with a minimum of supervision
 Able to function in a fast paced and innovative environment
 Excellent oral and written communication skills
 Seasoned teacher and facilitator

Health First Human Resources Consultant To be fully engaged in providing Quality/No Harm, Customer Experience, and Stewardship by effectively incorporating organizational and HR initiatives into the culture of all assigned business units. The HRC will invest in leaders and help them create, align, and sustain fully- engaged teams for the purpose of meeting department, facility, and system-wide goals. Primary Accountabilities  Help leaders strategically integrate effective HR processes, programs and practices into their daily operations  Support leaders in achieving their department and organization goals through associate engagement  Educate leaders on associate engagement with a focus on continually increasing our engagement index; includes teaching leaders how to create an environment that promotes engagement, how engagement is surveyed and measured, and how to create meaningful post-survey action plans  Champion and facilitate organizational change initiatives based on an understanding of change theory; includes all corporate initiatives such as Department Goal Boards, Lean, Onboarding, and changes related to Performance Management  Participate in the design, development and implementation of innovative workforce retention programs  Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning  Establish and leverage solid working relationships across the HR function to ensure seamless delivery of appropriate and timely HR support to customers  Demonstrate resilience and a positive perspective in the midst of stress and continuous change  Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies to support the organization and individual business units Qualifications:  Bachelor degree required with 3-5 years of related HR Management, Business Partnering/OD experience or equivalent  Able to provide leadership, work collaboratively, and consult effectively with organizational leaders  Highly motivated self-starter and able to work with a minimum of supervision  Able to function in a fast paced and innovative environment  Excellent oral and written communication skills  Seasoned teacher and facilitator http://www.health-first.org/careers Recruiter Contact: Amy Allman-Semesco, amy.allman-semesco@health-first.org, 262.289.2318 careers@health-first.org 866.448.4347
