is a way of life. Those who believe in it and live it, belong
to it; those who don't, don't.
Our aim is to create teachers fro the Aquarian Age who are
healthy, happy and holy in body, mind and spirit.
The technique we use was brought to America by Yogi Bhajan,
Master of Kundalini Yoga, who is the spiritual guiding force of
3H0.
Kundalini Yoga, the discipline which we practice, is the
Yoga of Awareness. It includes aspects of Karma Yoga, Hatha
Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Mantra Yoga, Laya Yoga.
