Welcome to O.M. Trading!!!!
-O.M. Trading c.c. is a 100% Black Economic Empowerment Close Corporation
Company owned by 2 previously disadvantaged individuals (HDI) and 1 member living
with a disability (PLWD).
-O.M. Trading is 50% Woman Owned (WO).
O.M. Trading was established in 1999 to explore and target a niche in the Mining
industries, Earthmoving, Agriculture, Power Generation, Forestry and Municipalities and
is involved in various fields of activities... O.M. Trading is driven by the sole purpose of
providing superior quality products and we pride ourselves with the level of service to
our customers regarding turnaround time and efficient service delivery. Our staff has
invaluable expertise and knowledge in the industry and is well placed to provide you with
excellent service and a dedicated after-service at all times.

providing quality products and service through our tested and invaluable expertise and
knowledge in the business which has been in operation for the last 15 years. Our
management staff has a collective experience of 40 years in the business and dedicated
after-service at all times.
We deliver O.E.M. type quality products that have been reverse engineered, imported
and improved to meet customers’ needs with a full 6 months warranty after installation.
O.M. Trading therefore resolves to maximize business efficiency for our clients through

Duties: KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
Managing Members : Oversees the strategic direction of the business
which includes but not limited to forging value-
add strategies on synergies and partnerships
Technical Department : Responsible for scheduling the operations to
suitable functions and duties in line with inherent
expertise. The department also ensures that the
quality standards are adhered to as per the ISO
standards certification.
Administration Department :Responsible for logging calls and clients’ requests,
buying and Ordering of parts and other
commodities from bulk suppliers and ensuring
that the specification requirements are adhered to
in the strictest terms.
Sales & Marketing Department : Oversee the sales and marketing operations
through rep order taking. Ensure that all sales
placed are processed and delivered within
reasonable time periods.
Financial Department : Developing financial management mechanisms
that minimize financial risk. Researching and
reporting on factors influencing business
performance & formulated strategic and long term
business plans.
Business Development Department : Analyses and plans innovative strategic of selling
and endeavors to build healthy bonds with new
clients. Discusses and consults with other
managers on latest business trends with a view of
introduce innovation services in the future.

and commercial perspective

Company growth objective
O.M. Trading has a subsidiary office in Tubatse which is aimed at serving the
Mpumalanga and Limpopo mining and plant operations. The managing structure
consists of 3 members with 2 members who are women and 1 member is from
the local Tubatse community. In pursuance of our growth objectives we have
also established O.M. Trading Kuruman in the Northern Cape, O.M. Trading
Rustenburg in North West and O.M. Trading Machadodorp.

 Complete refurbishment and service exchange on Gearboxes and Wheel
Unit Assemblies.
 Repairs and service exchange of Axles, Transmissions, Torque Convertors,
Cradles, Transvertors and Feed Boom Assemblies.
 Refurbishment of buckets, lift arms and frames.
 Importers, suppliers and service exchange of mining equipment spares
and subassemblies.
 Rebuilds of mining machineries to mine or OEM specification.
 Testing of hydraulic systems and load testing of overhead cranes (L.M.I.
certification/permit), O.M. Trading has full time technicians who are on
24 hours standby for callouts.
With this experience we have built a reputable engineering works that can
offer service, supply and repairs to the following;
1. MSB hydraulic hammers
2. Moils and spares for all makes of hammers
