• Any newly renovated, well maintained and
  updated homes.
Unfurnished Rentals
• Suitable for local Investor/Owners seeking a
  consistent rate of return.

                    Unique’s Fees

• One time registration fee of $250.00 + HST.
• Tenant Placement is ½ of the first month’s rent.
• Property management fee is 8% of the monthly
  rental rate.
                          Or

 • Property management for non-resident owners is
            10% of the monthly rental rate.
Furnished Rentals
• Ideal for Owners who see themselves using the property
  1 to 4 months out of every year.

• Suitable for Investor/Owner where continuity of rent is
  not the primary objective.
• Occupancy average of 8 months out of 12.
• Must be well appointed and presented with style.

                       Unique’s Fees

• One time registration fee of $250.00 + HST.
• Tenant Placement fee is 10% of the gross monthly rent
• Property management fee is 8% of the monthly rental
  rate
• Property management for non-resident owners is 10% of
  the monthly rental rate.
