 Project title: Analysis of Problem related to Swarf collector Suction in a Planetary cutter Machine

 About the project: Planetary cutter machine used for the PVC pipe cutting Process, Planetary
cutter machine has a cutter which cuts the PVC pipe in a rotary motion we can say in a planetary
action. The pipe comes to the cutter in a horizontal direction. While cutting the pipe some chips
of the pipes are fallen down to the bottom of the unit. We can clean this by using the blower.
But it is not so effective because of open boundary of the suction area. Sometimes this problem
occurs due to insufficient blower power. To solvethis problem permanently we can use the
flexible pipe, which is reliable and cheap in the market.
