MESSAGE • If you want to experience a new culture before you start your career, go on exchange with AIESEC. • By going on exchange with AIESEC, you will develop your leadership skills, which will help you get a great career. • The unemployment is huge in Lithuania but you can easily get some international work experience with AIESEC. • Don’t listen to your mother, go on Exchange!

- 16. 1) Define their worst nightmare (create a problem) 2) Talk about their GOALS (what are their dreams?) 3) Show how AIESEC can help them 3.1) Show the benefits of AIESEC 3.2) Deny their excuses 3.3) Answer their questions

CHECKLIST ☐ Define the biggest problems/nightmares that students have ☐ Write down the message as a one-sentence pitch (it should solve the problems of students!) ☐ Deny/reject their main excuses in the presentation ☐ Show a few real examples of different projects ☐ If you do have a guest-speaker, tell him what to say! (must relate to your message!) ☐ Give social evidence of exchange (past EPs/photos/videos) ☐ Sell not on the features but on the benefits of @/exchange ☐ Avoid boring templates, use visuals ☐ Answer the most common questions in the presentation ☐ And don’t forget to smile :)
