project & LiveMocha to practice German
● Easier to organize meetings and material
○ Reflective: I hate groupwork, made it easier
● Got feedback from native speakers
○ Reflective: able to reflect on how I sounded
to other speakers and what I could improve

● Used City Car Driving to practice for
learning to drive
○ Active: "hands-on" approach, safely and free
○ Visual: engagine, holds my attention far
more than reading a driving manual
