Petrus stapte uit de boot en kon over het water lopen. Dat is een teken van Persoonlijk Leiderschap: hij kon het omdat hij er in geloofde. Hij geloofde ook in de Servant Leader die zei dat alles mogelijk is voor wie gelooft. Petrus toonde ook Persoonlijk Leiderschap door uit zn comfort-zone te stappen en hoe! Hij geloofde dat hij over het water kon lopen en stapte in geloof uit de boot. En hij kon het! Maar wat gebeurde er verder? Petrus begon te zinken omdat hij zijn geloof verloor. Hij ging naar de omstandigheden kijken en begon te zinken. Laat Jezus hem zinken? Nee, hij reikt hem de hand en samen lopen ze naar de boot. This will bring out the best in yourself and in others Creativity will be fully used, power will be fully expressed and results will be best achieved. This goes not just for individuals, but also for organisations. ‘Wholeness’-> no more work/life balance.
