A summary of what I think is important to get you happiness in life. Enjoy!

1. Be Happy

2. Exercise
From an early age encourage your children,
through puberty, to exercise.
Try to find a sport they like and where you
can support them in.
Encourage them to continue exercising until
old age.

3. Nutrition
You are what you eat.
Fuel your body with healthy food.
Drink little alcohol and look after your health.

4. Enjoy your job
Life isn't so much about a career.
Life is about loving what you do for a living.
Go straight into a job if you like what you
can do. If not, go to college, university and
decide what you want to do.
Important is: be happy.

5. University
If you go to university, then enjoy the
freedom.
Enjoy the independence. Enjoy the freedom
to look beyond what your subject is.
Be prepared to learn more than you might
need in life.
University is a school of life.

6. Never stop learning
After your apprenticeship, your university
degree, your college - never stop learning.
Buy books and learn about different topics.
Listen to Audiobooks, Podcasts, watch
educational videos.
Always push boundaries of what you like to
know.

7. Discover Yourself
Analyse yourself and identify what you want
to do in life. This might change, it is an
ongoing process.
Identify your needs, wants and values.
Be sure you adjust your life according to
what you really like to do. Be happy.

8. Partner
Find the right partner.
If you like and can: found a family.
Enjoy family life.

9. Giving Back
Give back to society.
Give back to your children.
Become part of a charitable group.
Help others when you can.

10. Good Human
Be a good human being.
Be a responsible person.
Do good to you and others.
Be a good "earthling", a respected citizen.

11. Excel
Excel in whatever you chose to make your
priority.

12. Thank you.
I appreciate this is not the golden handbook and some of the points will read
different for some people. Bottom line is that you should look after yourself and
others, making sure you always enjoy what you are doing.
