2. Introduction We design, develop and integrate solutions that contribute to organization business development. Base is a service organization with more than 30 year experience at enterprise resource planning and ICTs .

3. Introduction The staff of Base is composed of over 40 professionals, expert at ICTs, who work exclusively for the company. Their average age is 30 and they all have high qualification.

6. Experience Base dedicates 6% of its billing to training and continuos recycling of staff and approximately 14% to I+D (Investigation + Development) projects, alone or in collaboration with other companies and universities.

13. Projects Knower is an intranet solution composed of different CMS (Content Management System) modules (news, links, mag, directory), document management, collaborative tasks (projects, users and groups, calendar) and communication (forums, boards, schedule, suggestion mailbox).

14. Projects Shibbo is an online service and a portable app to store and manage anonymously any data related to access to other Internet services (mail blog, sites...) or electronic devices (mobile phones, etc.).

15. Projects Beebybee is an interchange digital content platform which easies and improves the access to digital content in multiple formats and sources through a common organization and indexing system.

16. Projects 4SaaS is a SaaS service platform in which 4 companies from Región of Murcia participate coordinated by CENTIC. These services include mobility apps, accounting, CRM and collaborative tools, as well as text processor, spreadsheets and presentations.

PYME+i is a programme with the objective of improving the competitiveness and increasing the number of innovative companies in the Region of Murcia. So there is a catalogue of services related to innovation which allows them easily identify what projects to begin.

Projects The project " MURCIA PYMES EN RED " (Murcia SMEs connected) provides SMEs and freelances of the Region of Murcia, a free individual consultancy for ICTs by technological companies, among them, Base , which besides participating in this stage, has also participated in the elaboration of the Methodology. “ Murcia Pymes en Red” project is financed by Plan Avanza , promoted by Dirección General de Telecomunicaciones y Sociedad de la Información and developed by TIMUR (Murcian Association of ICTs and Audiovisual companies)

20. Projects “ EmpresariaSi ” is a technological coaching project which Base develops with OMEP (Association of Women Business Owners of Region de Murcia) so that women business owners in the Region of Murcia integrate in an efficient way the new technologies in their businesses.

Projects Base is the technological partner of FROET (Federación Regional de Organizaciones Empresariales de Transporte de Murcia) in the development of TICTRaNS, project for the integral management of road transport. The Jury of Best Enterprise Experience related to Petra plan (Plan estratégico para el sector del transporte de mercancías por carretera) has given FROET for TICTRANS the prize to best project. This prize is given by the Secretaría General de Transportes del Ministerio de Fomento.

22. Projects Base participates in GGCC (Global GNU Compiler Collection) project of European cooperative I+D in the free software field. The project represents a renewal of the commitment with the improvement of European software industry , the free software and an excellent opportunity to involve even more in open source developments and adapt our solutions to GNU environments, with European leaders in this field as MySql or Mandriva (Mandrake).
