Taking on a slightly different form factor (we are talking about 8″ here instead of the regular 7″), the
VTab is tipped to come with 4GB of internal memory in addition to a 1GHz processor, HDMI output
and USB support in addition to a microSD memory card slot.No idea on how much Vizio will price
their VTab, but if their range of above average TVs are anything to go by, then one can be quite
optimistic to say that their tablets, too, will be competitively priced. Engadget did spot the
VTAB1008 in Walmart’s inventory system for $349 earlier on, so this might help usher in the
bang-for-your-buck tablet industry.
