OUR VISION – YOUR SOLUTION

THE WORLD’S NUMBER 1 GLAZED SECURE VISION PANEL

VISTAMATIC® is a world leading designer and manufacturer of glazed secure vision panels used in hundreds
of hospitals, medical facilities, high security environments, corporations and universities across the world.

For over 25 years, we’ve innovated window panel design and technology to meet your commercial needs.
Our innovative technology, wide range of options, design formats and product applications mean that
architects, designers and door manufactures find simple, durable, refined and affordable solutions to fit the
unique requirements of their projects. Today, our product presence is across the world with our two factory
locations in Europe and Florida.

With the opening of our US factory based in Florida, all our panels are now US manufactured. Where
possible we are using local materials - therefore decreasing our carbon footprint and increaseing our Green
capabilites.

Our success derives from producing reliable, high quality products which meet the exact requirements of
our customer’s unique needs. Our unique panels incorporate three sheets of glass set within an insulated
unit, operated by using either a lever or knob mechanism. Turn the lever; raise the inner sheet of glass for
observation. Turning the handle back; vision is obscured.

Vistamatic® glazed secure vision panels are easy to fit and are maintenance free; available in a variety of
sizes and custom made to fit unique specification and observation requirements. Panels are available with
optional protection against X-Ray, laser, vandalism, fire and even bullets. Panels can be designed to
incorporate blackout, corporate logos insignia.

    Wood Bead Fitting

    Pre-Installation Fitting Check
          1. The panel is the correct size to the order placed
          2. When the panel is standing on the bottom edge (the handle is at the bottom) the panel functions smoothly. DO NOT

          3. The aperture is 1/8" overall larger than the panel as it should not be a tight fit.
    Installation Instructions
         1. Fit the hardwood fixing beads to one side of the aperture. This can be achieved by screwing or nailing whichever is
suitable for the project. Fit intumescent material if required for fire rated door.

When the panel is standing on the bottom edge (the handle is at the bottom) the panel functions smoothly. DO NOT install if the handle mechanism is not functioning correctly. 3. The aperture is 1" (if HMF is purchased from Vistamatic®) overall larger than the panel as it should not be a tight fit. If using your own framing, the VISTAMATIC® Glazed Secure Vision Panel shoule be sized as the glass size to fit. Installation Instructions 1. Fit the Hollow Metal Frame to one side of the aperture. This can be achieved by screwing or nailing whichever is suitable for the project. Fit intumescent material if required for fire rated door. 2. Fit the fixing screws top and bottom first and check that the VISTAMATIC® Glazed Secure Vision Panel is functioning correctly and the fixing beads are not too tight. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you DO NOT pinch the panel, as this will stop the VISTAMATIC® Glazed Secure Vision Panel from functioning and cause scratching. When you are sure that all is correct fit the side fixing beads in the same way. Care and Protection of your Vistamatic® Glazed Secure Vision Panels By following a few simple rules during usage and cleaning you can prolong the life of your Vistamatic Vision Panels and assist in retaining their good appearance.
