Mr. Overstreet from Overstreet's Taekwondo Academy is presenting Tom
Patire's Training for Life. Training for Life is a Personal Safety
Self-Defense Class for adults. This class teaches how and why things go
wrong and how to identify dangerous situations/people. Students are taught
self-escape techniques to create a window of opportunity for escape from a
potential bad person. Training for Life is free and open to adults with a
Military/DoD ID card.
Adults 18 and older are welcome to participate. Class is held at the
Community Activities Center on Saturday, March 17th at 1400. Please call
