•Ensure you do this, not your web company, so you own domain

•Once set up, can then think about email addresses
•Where registered domain, will have functionality to do email
addresses
•Can then set up Outlook / Outlook express or Smart phone
(iphone /HTC) and pull in email, rather than using webmail.

• Don’t go for a free theme -> malicious code
• Can pay for premium plugins e.g. pulling domain names

• Cookies > need to have privacy policy covering the

• Look at webmaster tools -> shows you how Google’s
indexing the site

into a key tool to engage people in your business
• Blog about: launch, behind the scenes, feedback,
insights, interviews with key people, commentary on
