Design and implementation of modifications to our customers’ installations to increase energy savings and efficiency
Through its Energy Services Division, COMSA Service develops
projects aimed at improving the efficiency of installations and
enabling its customers to reduce their costs by optimizing
energy consumption without the need for any prior investment.
This type of contract includes the design, financing and
implementation of the installation, plus maintenance, operation,
energy management, and project risk. Payment of the services
provided is contingent on the achievement of verifiable results
in terms of improved comfort and energy efficiency.

This division provides specialized services for the management
and operation of properties, optimizing their material and
human resources through the integration of all areas and even
taking part in the management of the project itself.
More specifically, COMSA Service provides consultancy, spatial
distribution and conditioning,
energy efficiency management, as well as multi-disciplinary
maintenance and operation services. Without forgetting safety
and security services and document management.

COMSA Service offers its customers the services of its
Ornamental Fountain Division for the design, engineering,
construction, automation and maintenance of all kinds of
ornamental fountains, from the simplest design to the most
complex, including light, sound and special effects.
Guided by principles of environmental sustainability and
energy efficiency, COMSA Service undertakes all kinds of
fountains: changing fountains, spectacular musical fountains,
walk-in and interactive fountains, and iconic and cybernetic
fountains.
This division, of which Oficina Técnica Buigas forms an integral
part, offers its technical and artistic vision to government
authorities, engineering firms and architectural offices in the
joint development of projects.

COMSA Service develops multi-platform IT systems adaptable
to different media for the assisted management of maintenance
tasks, in line with existing systems for the remote management
and control of installations. The company also conducts
technical audits for analyzing installations and their compliance
with standards, as well as energy audits with consumer and
system quality and efficiency studies, as well as viability studies
for project design and implementation.
COMSA Service’s IT Department has developed IMAN, a
web and mobile based multi-platform app for managing the
maintenance of installations and generating reports and alerts.

COMSA Service provides multi-disciplinary maintenance
for facilities and equipment to various customers, including
hospitals, shopping malls, buildings, exhibition sites, univer-
sities, cultural and educational centers, and industries.
The company carries out the commissioning and regulatory,
preventive and predictive maintenance of facilities, and
provides management and control services in buildings and
industries. It also provides a permanent 24/7/365 service
and carries out refurbishments and alterations.
COMSA Service provides electrical maintenance for high
and low voltage, and maintenance for HVAC, mechanical,
fire protection systems, machinery and catering equipment.
It also maintains electro-medical equipment, and special
installations such as stage and museum equipment, and the
distributed assets of commercial chains and bank branches.
