Then you can simply verify an email address from you blog domain, include an author byline in every post, and Google will take care of the rest. If you are contributing content to another site, you can use the rel=author tag to point back to your Google plus profile from each post that you write. It’s not as hard as it sounds! Get the details by searching “author information in search results”, and click the first link to google support.
  8. When asking for links, or reviewing those already earned, it is useful to understand the anatomy of a link. Important elements here are the nofollow tag and the anchor text. Anchor text tells the search engine what the link is about. The nofollow tag is used for content that you don’t want to vouch for. You see this often used in blog comments and other unmoderated areas of websites. For example, links from Twitter are all nofollow.
