    Communication is the cornerstone of successful partnership,
    issue identification and ultimate customer satisfaction. Clear
    lines of communication in the framework combined with
    explicit Roles and Responsibilities amongst all stakeholders
    is the major lesson learned in the HRIS implementation
    project.
