6. Staff Internal Services Supervisor - Larry Francis For those who want to work indoor functions at the police department. The minimum requirement is 8 hours per month. Administrative Manager – John Bush The Administrative Manager is a field trainer, as well as, the field training supervisor who evaluates trainees and training programs. The position is responsible for development of training programs and checkout procedures.
7. Staff External Services Supervisor – George Cary For those who have completed training and are authorized to patrol in VIPS vehicles. The minimum requirement is 16 hours per month. * Foot Patrol Coordinator – Chris Reyher Once authorized for regular patrol with additional training a volunteer can be certified for foot patrol. Existing foot patrol locations are on South Main Street (Old Town), most city Parks, Trails and special events. * Patrol volunteers also participate in internal services programs.

Have no record of arrest or conviction for criminal offenses Class B misdemeanor penalty group or higher, or some Class C misdemeanor penal law violations, involving moral turpitude. 1. Graduate from the Grapevine Citizen’s Police Academy.
