Top 5 Things I Do In My Role at ESW are…
1. I problem solve for clients who are unable to solve issues for themselves. I take issues that they have not been able to
solve, run with them, and either solve them myself, or find others who can. I am the face of IT for the clients.
2. I communicate back to clients, who may not be technically knowledgeable, about what is actually happening with their
issues and requests, in a manner that they can understand.
3. I am the hands for those other technical staff who need skilled onsite access to remote equipment, but cannot be there
themselves.
4. I travel to remote locations where the actual production facilities are, contributing to their success by ensuring that they
are able to keep running without having IT issues interrupt their processes, and by ensuring smooth updates and
transitions to new technology as is needed.
5. I generate reports and summaries about IT field sites and issues, providing this information to those who need actionable
information to make large-scale decisions about the areas I support.

assessments to help ensure that ESW will be a fit for you:
Personal Profile Analysis
Both you and ESW need to be comfortable as partners, and the PPAs define a person’s
working style and how their personal characteristics apply to their work. To support you,
we will share the information with you after you start with ESW.
Criminal Background Screening and Credit History
These and other applicable assessments will be done for ALL positions prior to starting
with ESW. This mitigates risk for ESW and our clients. Specific clients may require
additional assessments.

  • 3. Top 5 Things I Do In My Role at ESW are… 1. I problem solve for clients who are unable to solve issues for themselves. I take issues that they have not been able to solve, run with them, and either solve them myself, or find others who can. I am the face of IT for the clients. 2. I communicate back to clients, who may not be technically knowledgeable, about what is actually happening with their issues and requests, in a manner that they can understand. 3. I am the hands for those other technical staff who need skilled onsite access to remote equipment, but cannot be there themselves. 4. I travel to remote locations where the actual production facilities are, contributing to their success by ensuring that they are able to keep running without having IT issues interrupt their processes, and by ensuring smooth updates and transitions to new technology as is needed. 5. FIT Is Very Important To You and For ESW We recognize that we spend a lot of time at work, and ESW conducts the following assessments to help ensure that ESW will be a fit for you: Personal Profile Analysis Both you and ESW need to be comfortable as partners, and the PPAs define a person’s working style and how their personal characteristics apply to their work. To support you, we will share the information with you after you start with ESW. Criminal Background Screening and Credit History These and other applicable assessments will be done for ALL positions prior to starting with ESW. This mitigates risk for ESW and our clients. Specific clients may require additional assessments.
