We going to explain briefly how CALL was born, and the process it had to
become what it is now.

We going to use a timeline in order to make it easier to understand it

We can say that CALL is now days viewed as the complement to language
learning, because, this tool has been changing day by day in order to help
students and teachers in the language learning field. Firstly, this tool is
used not only in the classroom also outside the classroom , therefore, if we
as a students use all the elements that CALL has, for instance, the mobile
telephone, the email, blogs, etc. in our process of learning, is a big
advantage that only learn in the classroom. This is not only good for
learners but for teachers too. CALL uses the technology in order to improve
the different methods of learning and different strategies. Using games
activities for learning languages is very good, especially visual stimulation,
because it provokes a good attitude towards using technology. Finally, I
would like to mention that CALL has been changing with methodology and
pedagogy in order to satisfy the language education’s needs.
