The aim of this study/report is to investigate the viability of investing in a flower retail business
through a genuine idea developed and improved versus existing traditional flower business in the
United Arab Emirates
Flower retail business, the name implies a traditional well known and practiced business, which
does not attract the attention of an investor who is looking for a unique investment which would
be financially sound, and high scale profitable one, however, this report is promoting a unique
idea behind which the business will be based on selling an already arranged flowers in selected
areas which attracts large number of people per day.
The proposed business, shall strive to enhance a credible presence in the field of Flower Retails
Business by providing on SHELF: “READY MADE FLOWER BOUQUET GIFT WRAP”
Serving the various taste to its customers by providing a more cost effective and efficient supply
to wider customer range by establishing a multi retail corners in different malls/centers to cover
a broad area and be able to reach customers in a broad manner. STRATEGIC LOCATION
The private design studio shall lends itself to personal service, “Bringing to life" what everyone
envision is a vital part of our individual approach, serving the various taste at all occasion by
providing a more cost effective and efficient supply outlet system to wider Flower consumer
range in the Country.
The Business shall dedicate the necessary resources to ensure proper operation and success in an
attempt to secure the advancement of the project.

OWNERSHIP
Mr. Halim Hani, Business Idea developer will be an active partner (First Partner) and shall
hold/own (50% equity share), Mr. Halim will be responsible for the following:
Full Management of the business.
Full Operation Management.
Start – up management, including but not limited to the following:
o Secure staffing (Manpower) needed.
o Arranging for the workshop and office requirements (including findings a suitable
place to rent)
o Prepare the company profile, including:
 The design of products – Arrangement (standards the business will deal
with)
 Supervise the designers and quality of work
 Audit/Check/Supervise the day – to – day activities, including the
financial, operational, and other managerial activities.
Independent management integration is envisaged. Furthermore, additional skilled staff at a
senior level and at the retail floor level will be required to ensure proper, smooth and successful
operation.
The Investor (Second Partner) on the other hand shall hold/own (50% equity share) and will be
responsible for the following:
Able to Fully Finance the project.
Sponsor the Business and act as an active partner but without the need of his/her
engagement in the operational details of the business.
The investor will have the right to:
Inquire about the business performance at anytime.
Request for meeting with Mr. Halim Hani at anytime to discuss details of revenues,
profits/loss, expansion plans, business nature, operation details, expenses made (at
anytime), etc…
The investor can at anytime hire an external Audit Company to perform a financial audit
for the company without the need to refer back to his/her partner (Mr. Halim Hani).
Receive 50% of the profits in an annual manner, distributed after conducting a
professional audit at the end of each year (or as to be agreed in a later stage).

FLOWROSA OPERATION
In other words, the operation can be summarized as follows:
Agro-Industry location, an Agriculture land is the ideal place to start up the Flowrosa
business operation ( a land is required to grow up some kind of hard herbs)
Office to Manage the operation
Accommodation for employee
A studio WorkShop operational with necessary tools required to carry out the design and
production of the” READY MADE FLOWER BOUQUET GIFT WRAP.”
Materials will be purchased from large importers/flower suppliers in the UAE
Storage equipped with refrigerators and stores to keep cut flowers inventory and floral
materials required for specific pre-estimated periods that serves required supply
accordingly.
Equipment & machineries for packaging and wrapping Procedure
Initially, two specially customized vehicles will be bought to serve the distribution of the
Arrangements.
The Arrangements will be distributed at first stage to at least 10 Retail Areas in different
Shopping Malls attracting large number of people per day.
The estimated retail area is around 6 square meters.
Special Carts to be designed & constructed to match the pursued idea in displaying the
arrangements at the retailing areas.
The Retail outlets will operate 12 hours per day; each will be operated by only one skilled
employee (preferably a good looking lady with attitude and prestigious approach and
marketing skills).
