3RD
TRANSNATIONAL PROJECT
MEETING
The 3rd
partner meeting of the project took
place in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, on 4th -
6th December 2018, hosted by Project Partner
Schnellkraft Personal Management Ltd.
During the meeting project partners discussed the
following key points:
1. The status of the project by Project
Coordinator Prof. L. Lazov
2. The partners Veda Consult Ltd, ECESI and
RTA presented the IO - Training Modules they
developed
3. The participants in the meeting decided that
each partner should come up with an
assessment of modules - content, innovation
by 15.12.2018.
4. The dissemination activities in the partner
countries are presented.
The Participants in the meeting had the
opportunity to get acquainted with the financial
capital of Europe Frankfurt am Main
FORTHCOMING PROJECT ACTIVITIES
1. The modules will be translated in the
languages of the 4 partner countries (DE, LV,
BG, HU).
2. The event “Train of the trainers” will be
organised in Rezekne from 21. to 26.01.2019.
12 tutors (3 LV, 3 BG, 3 DE, 3 HU) will be
trained to work with the trainees during the
pilot trainings.
The tutors will be trained in the methodology
and an instrument for a work with the
platform.

They will be trained in the content of each
module: Program, Case studies, Exercises, Test
and training materials
3. Pilot testing of the modules – This will be
pilot tested in 4 EU countries (LV, DE, BG, HU),
construction workers (10 in each country) will
take part in our pilot testing module. They will
be trained in the content of each module for
construction workers participating in each
country.
4.The period of Pilot training will be:
for Latvia, February-March,
for Bulgaria April-May
5. The next meeting will take place on 14-
15.05. in Hungary, hosted by iTStudy Hungary
Kft.
