39. This is a very interactive experience designed
to stimulate creativity, cooperation and
communication. Although Picasso was born in
Malaga, Spain, he spent many years living in
Barcelona as a struggling artist learning his
trade. Famed for developing the style of
painting known as cubism, his creative
footprints are evident throughout the city. In
this experience you will create a collage based
on a famous piece of Picasso artwork.
40. Firstly you will be split into groups and taken on a 30 minute Picasso tour of the city centre. The
tour is an extremely informative historical look at the life of Picasso. Along the walk, your team
must stay alert and be observant, as you will have to pick up various materials and objects, which
represent the ‘spirit of Picasso’. Attention! The idea is to be as creative as possible.
The second part of this experience takes place back at the
workshop. There will be a quiz consisting of 10 questions based
on the tour. For each correct question, the team receives a
bonus in the form of a required ‘tool’ for the collage. You will be
given 45 minutes to 1 hour to create your Picasso masterpiece.
Each team then elects a spokesperson to give a 30 second
explanation of the ideas behind their creations. The winning
team will be judged by our art experts.

53. Pintxos Workshop
The gastronomic relevance of the pintxo, also
known as miniature cuisine, is due in great
part to the Basque Country and its traditions.
In the early 20th Century small taverns
appeared in the Basque Country, places to
share the country’s best ciders and wines
together with traditional foods in an informal
and popular atmosphere. Following the
example of the cider-makers, bite-sized
toothpick foods known as pintxos were served
to counter the excesses caused by drinking.
54. Cider houses and taverns are and have always been a cultural legacy in the
Basque Country. A legacy that this activity wishes to conserve and convert
into a meeting place of the past with the present, where culture and relations
can come together.
For groups interested in this appetizing gastronomic art, this teambuilding
activity offers the chance to participate in its pintxos workshop. An
entertaining activity that forms part of our country’s culture, designed to teach
