In April 2015, Ministry of Jabatan Perdana Menteri has
published their Economic Transformation Program’s
Annual Report 2014 (http://etp.pemandu.gov.my/annualreport2014/)
The report includes Strategic Reform
Initiatives (SRIs) to transform the Malaysia
economy towards becoming high developed
countries .
Under the SRIs for ‘Human Capital
Development’, TRIZ is highlighted as one of
the most important impact in MDeC
MyProCert and Industry Academia
Collaboration (IAC)

2. CAN TRIZ CHANGE MALAYSIA?
• The contribution of our PROTON staff, Dr. Zulhasni Abdul
Rahim in the TRIZ SRIs has been recognized and highlighted in
the ETP annual report 2014. (Please refer to page 302)
• Furthermore, various of his research has been used by others,
including Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC).
