Professional Summary
James Kelly is an accomplished senior financial leader with CFO roles in high technology and
software companies ranging in size from startup to $100M+. For the past 25 years he has worked
for eight high technology software companies. Jim is collaborative in his management style, quickly
steps up to accept responsibility and delivers results without supervision and beyond expectations.
He has been responsible for all aspects of the corporate finance functions, including forecasting,
budgeting, planning, debt and equity financing, negotiating key operating agreements, cash
management, accounting, legal, human resources and auditing. Jim has raised a variety of equity
