Case Study, Cairo-Amman Bank-Jordan: Improving an Organization by the
use of Smart Phones and IPads which are Considered the Basics of the Supply
Chain Management (SCM)

Abstract : In this study, analysis and comparison between the most important enterprise systems Enterprise Resource Planning
(ERP), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) are studied in accordance with the
