12. Commission
The JMT Network provides you with the opportunity to
build revenue by providing leads to other members in
The JMT Network.
The commission paid is determined by the strength of
the lead that you provide.
Leads provided by the sales team will be paid at the
current contract commission rate.
Referral payments are made after the client pays for
their service.
13. Our Fee
When The JMT Network provides you with a lead you
pay a total fee of 20%.
The fee pays the referral commission and The JMT
Network expenses.

provides a variety of comprehensive
human resources and employee
safety services customized to meet
the client’s needs.
John offers 30+ years of diversified
HR and Safety experience in a variety
of industries.

Ph.D.

Silverwood Associates, a
management consulting firm and
collaborates with ISSG Consulting
on marketing Profiles products.
An organizational consultant, she
has a PH.D in Industrial
Gerontology and specializes in the
selection, development, retention
of talent, succession planning and
strategic planning. She has 22+
years of multi-industry consulting
experience linking human
resource practices to strategic
initiatives. Most recently, she is

organizations to reduce turnover
