•   Duerme ocho horas diarias.
•   Acuéstate a una hora prudente
    para rendir en el colegio.
•   Aprovecha el fin de semana para recuperarte
    del cansancio de toda la semana.
•   Tanto el deporte como una buena ducha te
    ayudan a estar relajado a la hora de dormir.
•   Respeta el silencio y las horas de sueño de
    los demás.
•   Cuando vayas cada día al colegio asegúrate
    de ir aseado.
•   Utiliza la ropa adecuada para cada momento
    del día.
•   Recuerda que después de hacer ejercicio
    tendrás que cambiarte de ropa y asearte.
•   Tienes que lavarte los dientes al menos tres
    veces al día. Si puedes utiliza flúor dental
    para una higiene bucal completa.
•   A la hora de comer, se lo más limpio posible
    y evita mancharte.
