• It takes people to make a company succeed, and those people
must be properly trained, evaluated, and compensated to be
able to help the company achieve it’s goals.

• In today’s fast changing technological world it is important for
employees to be aware and capable of using technology to
help the company.
• Employees must be able to adapt to new technology.
• Computer skills are a key skill in today’s business world.
• New work place software and tools on the internet must but
understood and be able to be used to their extent.
• Companies today monitor their employees on social sites.
Employees on social sites must realize that they are
representing their company, and the content that they post on
these sites may not be found to be suitable by the company. It
isn’t unheard for someone to be fired for posting something
on Facebook.
5. Ethical Issues
• A company must maintain strong ethics.
• It can do this by having a good culture within the organization
by holding it’s employees to certain standards, and providing
their employees with a good working environment.
• A company can hold itself to a high social standard within the
community and help enrich society to the best of it’s ability.
• A company that produces must do it’s best to make sure the
act of their production does not harm the environment. If it
does, then they must monitor and regulate their emissions.
6. Organization Culture
• If a company develops a bad culture it is sometimes hard for
that culture to change and can lead to problems for
employees or even customers. This hurts the company in
many ways.
• A company must hold it’s employees to certain standards, and
make sure that the internal working environment is
safe, friendly, and provides a good working environment for
it’s employees.
