Hicon Products is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company located in Sahibabad, India that manufactures acoustic enclosures, mufflers, diesel tanks, control panels, and sheet metal components. They supply major companies like Caterpillar, Volvo Penta, and Mitsubishi. Hicon has state-of-the-art facilities including CNC machines from Germany and a powder coating plant. They employ over 250 skilled workers and produce high quality products meeting central government standards.

1. We are an ISO 9001:2008 certified company under name & style of Hicon Products (India) Pvt. Ltd. Hicon has hold over different
sectors in the industry. Primarily, we are engaged in the manufacturing and supplying of Acoustic Enclosure ranging from 15kva
to 2500 kva, Mufflers, Diesel Tanks, Control Panels and sheet metal components including those of Paint Booths & Operation
theatres. We are original equipment manufacturer to many reputed companies like Caterpillar, Volvo Penta and Mitsubishi
to name a few as well as others in the open market.
Our Enclosures are approved and certified by Central Pollution Control Board, New Delhi.
These are build under strict supervision and as per the norms by central government of india. Every Acoustic enclosure goes through
strict quality checks before it is rolled out of the factory.
We have a state of art facilities consisting of CNC machines from Germany, highly modernised powder coating plant with nine
tank pre treatment process and other automation and technology to maintain the quality standards.
Most of the job is controlled by CNC robots but some critical profiles are handled by our skilled and experiences engineers.
We work on high precicions, tolerances are usually less for proper accuracy and fitments.
Our manufacturing facility is situated in the industrial hub of sahibabad (1.5 KMS from New delhi) at sahibabad Industrial Area
Ghaziabad, U.P spread over an area of 10,000 sq. meters with a covered area of 70,000 sq ft.
We have a skilled man force of 250+ employees.
We have not only installed power houses in india but also to several countries like sierra leone, ghana, sri lanka, bangaldesh are
few names where our power houses are well commissioned and supplying electricity to keep moving day to day life.

4. Machining Facilities:
CNC Punching Machine by TRUMPF germany is capable of handling 6.3mm thick and 4 mtr long M.S sheet with a speed of 1200 strokes/minute.
It has a tool base of 19 x 10 Nos. The Machine
is fully automatic including loading and
unloading and is cappable of processing the
material even without operator at very high
speed.
These machines can work without an operator
and once the job assigned is over it informs the operator
through SMS or an email.
It has drastically reduced the man hours and has deliver
the accuracy of 0.01 millimetres
Press Brakes from Japan and India capable for bending 8mm thick x 3.5 mtrs. long sheets.
These machines are CNC control equiped. All the machines are interconnected and are
controlled from one master computer.
This automation has reduced the probability of incorrect programming which further reduces
the rejection percentage.

5. A fully conveyorised powder coating plant with 9 tank pre treatment process.
The plant has a oven size of 6m(l) x 1.5m (h) x 1m (w) which is capable of powder coating anything and everything
The oven serves 2 spray booths which not only increases the efficiency but also helps in baking 2 shades at a time.
Sheet perforation which can perforate 2.5mm thick, 1250mm wide sheet and 3000mm length.
Aluminium sand casting unit for in house requirement of aluminium parts and fans.
CNC Laser Machine from Trumpf Germany. The Machine is capable of cutting any profile in Stainless steel, Mild Steel
Copper, Brass and Aluminium.
The order of the below machines has been placed and shall be installed and commissioned by September 2013.
