EDGE Professional Services is a full-service Technical and Information Technology staff
augmentation firm dedicated to providing commercial and government clients and consultants
with the advantages that only a true partnership can offer. EDGE is focused on providing a Best

EDGE Quality Assurance
The following internal quality controls enable EDGE to work more efficiently and cost
effectively for our clients to ensure that our client’s projects are met on time and within budget.
• Internal Metrics Management – To ensure success, EDGE has taken a Best Practices
approach to managing our internal metrics by governing the behaviors that deliver those
results. These metrics are tracked and reported to Management within specific timelines
to ensure success in our service delivery to our clients. These reporting areas are
measured and reviewed to ensure that best practices and proper training or recognition
can occur.
• Professional Recruiters – Our experienced staff is fully trained in supporting the vast
array of clients from the select industry verticals that EDGE services. We invest in
continuous training for our recruiters on the most proven techniques in attracting and
retaining qualified consultants for the following professional service needs: Energy,
Engineering, Financial, Information Technology, Scientific, and Technical.
• National Resources – EDGE uses multiple state-of-the-art recruiting and networking
resources to effectively identify and contact skilled job seekers; both active and passive,
across the United States.
• Quality Guarantee – EDGE offers all of our clientele a Quality Guarantee on our
consultants. During the first 10 business days of an assignment, all clients of EDGE may
request the replacement of an EDGE consultant for performance reasons, at no additional
cost, of which EDGE would replace the consultant and not bill for the hours accrued
during the first 10 business days.
• Client Satisfaction Surveys – EDGE encourages a Client Satisfaction Survey to measure
our success in a variety of areas to include: Quality of Consultant Provided, Quality of
Account Team, and Quality of Operations Support.
• Account Team Review – We encourage our dedicated Account Teams to request formal
reviews with our clients. Tell us what great work we are doing! Where can we
improve? Are there any suggestions you may have? A partnership is defined as two
parties that are able to have constructive dialogue for the betterment of their relationship.

EDGE, you, and our consultants can continue to focus on our successes both

ENSURING CANDIDATE COMMITMENT
During our recruiting process, all EDGE candidates are continually confirmed on the following
originally agreed upon service points: pay rate, availability, job duties, reference information,
employment requirements, and timeframe of position. We believe this continual and mutual
EDGE and Candidate commitment is paramount to immediate success for our consultants before
they start a project with our clients.
Recruiting and Account Management Best Practices
EDGE’s Account Team is dedicated to meeting the needs of our client’s hiring managers,
ensuring their success by providing the most qualified consultants available in the market today in
a timely and cost-effective manner. Our focus on attention to detail and follow-up truly separates
us from the other staffing suppliers in the industry. In today’s dynamic IT and technical markets,
identifying the candidate that exhibits the required technical skills coupled with a
cultural/environmental fit requires an organization that is focused on the quality of a candidate
not just speed to market.
An experienced Account Manager (AM) is assigned to each EDGE client to provide a
consultative approach to understanding their technical staffing needs. Whenever possible, our
Account Managers take a pro-active approach, building contractor usage profiles for key client
hiring managers, and initiate on-going candidate searches to locate hard-to-find skills across a
broad spectrum of candidate resources. EDGE Account Managers work with our clients on an
ongoing basis to discuss current and upcoming projects as well as forecast future needs,
sometimes several months or quarters away.
Our Technical Recruiters have the resources, training, and extensive candidate network to provide
well-screened, qualified personnel within a variety of technical and business fields such as;
Engineering, Financial, Information Technology, Scientific and Technical. Our recruitment
resources and candidate network are extensive and employ state-of-the-art technologies as we
pride ourselves on being able to find the right candidate for our valued clients. We utilize a
variety of recruiting resources to identify, recruit, and candidates, to include: EDGE “VIP”
Program, HOT List, internal database, referrals, user groups, industry forums, network
associations, teaming partners, and subcontractors.

EDGE is committed to taking care of the needs of its assigned consultants. Our Consultant Care
Program includes an assigned Consultant Care Manager (CCM) and ensures timely and accurate
benefits and payroll administration, retention, and networking and marketing. We realize that our
consultants are our representatives at our clients, and it is our goal to make their employment
through EDGE an extremely positive experience.
We understand that consultants, though on assignment to perform their assigned tasks in a highly
effective and professional manner, are our representatives and the face of EDGE on a daily basis
to our client managers. We are dedicated in continuing every effort to ensure their success and
retention. Once on assignment, EDGE Consultants are contacted at least once a month to ensure
all questions are addressed quickly and accurately, via in person meetings, phone, and email, with
specific communication timelines shown below:
• 48 hour call within the start date
• Two Week Call after start
• 30 Day Call after start
• 90 Day Call after start
EDGE “VIP” PROGRAM
An EDGE VIP is a current EDGE consultant whose assignment has just ended or will be ending
in the next sixty (60) days. Our Consultant Care Manager works with these consultants to help
prepare them for reassignment thereby creating a “virtual bench” of available talent and partners
to remarket across our client base. Our VIP’s are proven, qualified professionals with industry
and technical skills that directly benefit our clients. Further, the EDGE VIP Program allows us to
transition nearly 100 consultants a year to new engagements.

State-Of-The-Art Resources: EDGE has the ability to strategically recruit using an extensive
candidate networking system designed to deliver well-screened, qualified personnel on a regional
and national basis. We utilize a state-of-the-art, internal candidate database, multiple internet
sites and resources, specialty sites, user / focus groups, referral programs, job fairs and industry
events, and a select network of sourcing partners.
Cost Effective Pricing: EDGE offers flexibility and competitive pricing models to its clients,
which has proven to deliver cost savings for our high volume clients.
Consultant Care Program – We are focused on the well-being and retention of our assigned
consultants. Once on assignment, EDGE Consultants are contacted on a regular basis to ensure all
issues and questions are addressed quickly and accurately. Our program includes an assigned
Consultant Care Manager, and scheduled consultant “appreciation” events.
Flexible Staffing Solutions: EDGE offers its clients options. We are very customer centric and
hands-on in our approach to providing our services and our business model needs to be in line
with your needs as a client. To that end, we offer flexible solutions, to include contract, contract-
to-direct hire, and direct hire services. We will work with you to deliver our services in a manner
that meets your needs and goals.

Management Team has well over 75 years of experience in the staffing industry.

in the delivery of our services; our VIP candidate list, pipelining of client profiled candidates,
consultative Account Manager and client meetings to understand and prepare for upcoming

Executive Summary EDGE Professional Services is a full-service Technical and Information Technology staff augmentation firm dedicated to providing commercial and government clients and consultants with the advantages that only a true partnership can offer. EDGE Quality Assurance The following internal quality controls enable EDGE to work more efficiently and cost effectively for our clients to ensure that our client’s projects are met on time and within budget. • Internal Metrics Management – To ensure success, EDGE has taken a Best Practices approach to managing our internal metrics by governing the behaviors that deliver those results. These metrics are tracked and reported to Management within specific timelines to ensure success in our service delivery to our clients. These reporting areas are measured and reviewed to ensure that best practices and proper training or recognition can occur. • Professional Recruiters – Our experienced staff is fully trained in supporting the vast array of clients from the select industry verticals that EDGE services. We invest in continuous training for our recruiters on the most proven techniques in attracting and retaining qualified consultants for the following professional service needs: Energy, Engineering, Financial, Information Technology, Scientific, and Technical. • National Resources – EDGE uses multiple state-of-the-art recruiting and networking resources to effectively identify and contact skilled job seekers; both active and passive, across the United States. • Quality Guarantee – EDGE offers all of our clientele a Quality Guarantee on our consultants. During the first 10 business days of an assignment, all clients of EDGE may request the replacement of an EDGE consultant for performance reasons, at no additional cost, of which EDGE would replace the consultant and not bill for the hours accrued during the first 10 business days. • Client Satisfaction Surveys – EDGE encourages a Client Satisfaction Survey to measure our success in a variety of areas to include: Quality of Consultant Provided, Quality of Account Team, and Quality of Operations Support. • Account Team Review – We encourage our dedicated Account Teams to request formal reviews with our clients. ENSURING CANDIDATE COMMITMENT During our recruiting process, all EDGE candidates are continually confirmed on the following originally agreed upon service points: pay rate, availability, job duties, reference information, employment requirements, and timeframe of position. We believe this continual and mutual EDGE and Candidate commitment is paramount to immediate success for our consultants before they start a project with our clients.

Recruiting and Account Management Best Practices EDGE’s Account Team is dedicated to meeting the needs of our client’s hiring managers, ensuring their success by providing the most qualified consultants available in the market today in a timely and cost-effective manner. Our focus on attention to detail and follow-up truly separates us from the other staffing suppliers in the industry. In today’s dynamic IT and technical markets, identifying the candidate that exhibits the required technical skills coupled with a cultural/environmental fit requires an organization that is focused on the quality of a candidate not just speed to market. An experienced Account Manager (AM) is assigned to each EDGE client to provide a consultative approach to understanding their technical staffing needs. Whenever possible, our Account Managers take a pro-active approach, building contractor usage profiles for key client hiring managers, and initiate on-going candidate searches to locate hard-to-find skills across a broad spectrum of candidate resources. EDGE Account Managers work with our clients on an ongoing basis to discuss current and upcoming projects as well as forecast future needs, sometimes several months or quarters away. Our Technical Recruiters have the resources, training, and extensive candidate network to provide well-screened, qualified personnel within a variety of technical and business fields such as; Engineering, Financial, Information Technology, Scientific and Technical. Our recruitment resources and candidate network are extensive and employ state-of-the-art technologies as we pride ourselves on being able to find the right candidate for our valued clients. We utilize a variety of recruiting resources to identify, recruit, and candidates, to include: EDGE “VIP” Program, HOT List, internal database, referrals, user groups, industry forums, network associations, teaming partners, and subcontractors.   • 7. Consultant Care Management EDGE is committed to taking care of the needs of its assigned consultants. Our Consultant Care Program includes an assigned Consultant Care Manager (CCM) and ensures timely and accurate benefits and payroll administration, retention, and networking and marketing. We realize that our consultants are our representatives at our clients, and it is our goal to make their employment through EDGE an extremely positive experience. We understand that consultants, though on assignment to perform their assigned tasks in a highly effective and professional manner, are our representatives and the face of EDGE on a daily basis to our client managers. We are dedicated in continuing every effort to ensure their success and retention. Once on assignment, EDGE Consultants are contacted at least once a month to ensure all questions are addressed quickly and accurately, via in person meetings, phone, and email, with specific communication timelines shown below: • 48 hour call within the start date • Two Week Call after start • 30 Day Call after start • 90 Day Call after start EDGE “VIP” PROGRAM An EDGE VIP is a current EDGE consultant whose assignment has just ended or will be ending in the next sixty (60) days. Our Consultant Care Manager works with these consultants to help prepare them for reassignment thereby creating a “virtual bench” of available talent and partners to remarket across our client base. Our VIP’s are proven, qualified professionals with industry and technical skills that directly benefit our clients. Further, the EDGE VIP Program allows us to transition nearly 100 consultants a year to new engagements.

We utilize a state-of-the-art, internal candidate database, multiple internet sites and resources, specialty sites, user / focus groups, referral programs, job fairs and industry events, and a select network of sourcing partners. Cost Effective Pricing: EDGE offers flexibility and competitive pricing models to its clients, which has proven to deliver cost savings for our high volume clients. Consultant Care Program – We are focused on the well-being and retention of our assigned consultants. Once on assignment, EDGE Consultants are contacted on a regular basis to ensure all issues and questions are addressed quickly and accurately. Our program includes an assigned Consultant Care Manager, and scheduled consultant “appreciation” events. Flexible Staffing Solutions: EDGE offers its clients options. We are very customer centric and hands-on in our approach to providing our services and our business model needs to be in line with your needs as a client. To that end, we offer flexible solutions, to include contract, contract- to-direct hire, and direct hire services. We will work with you to deliver our services in a manner that meets your needs and goals. Pro-Active Service Approach: At every opportunity, EDGE strives to take a Pro-Active approach in the delivery of our services; our VIP candidate list, pipelining of client profiled candidates, consultative Account Manager and client meetings to understand and prepare for upcoming needs, and innovative pricing methodologies to help clients meet their staffing needs well within budget. Contract Compliance: EDGE has been very successful in working directly with hiring managers as well as centralized VMO’s. We have proven our ability to follow the established process of our valued client base, to include customized reporting, security, screening and on-boarding.
