approach to managing our internal metrics by governing the behaviors that deliver those
results. These metrics are tracked and reported to Management within specific timelines
to ensure success in our service delivery to our clients. These reporting areas are
measured and reviewed to ensure that best practices and proper training or recognition
can occur.
• Professional Recruiters – Our experienced staff is fully trained in supporting the vast
array of clients from the select industry verticals that EDGE services. We invest in
continuous training for our recruiters on the most proven techniques in attracting and
retaining qualified consultants for the following professional service needs: Energy,

• National Resources – EDGE uses multiple state-of-the-art recruiting and networking
resources to effectively identify and contact skilled job seekers; both active and passive,

• Quality Guarantee – EDGE offers all of our clientele a Quality Guarantee on our
consultants. During the first 10 business days of an assignment, all clients of EDGE may
request the replacement of an EDGE consultant for performance reasons, at no additional
cost, of which EDGE would replace the consultant and not bill for the hours accrued
during the first 10 business days.
• Client Satisfaction Surveys – EDGE encourages a Client Satisfaction Survey to measure
our success in a variety of areas to include: Quality of Consultant Provided, Quality of

EDGE’s Account Team is dedicated to meeting the needs of our client’s hiring managers,
ensuring their success by providing the most qualified consultants available in the market today in
a timely and cost-effective manner. Our focus on attention to detail and follow-up truly separates

identifying the candidate that exhibits the required technical skills coupled with a

An experienced Account Manager (AM) is assigned to each EDGE client to provide a
consultative approach to understanding their technical staffing needs. Whenever possible, our
Account Managers take a pro-active approach, building contractor usage profiles for key client
hiring managers, and initiate on-going candidate searches to locate hard-to-find skills across a
broad spectrum of candidate resources. EDGE Account Managers work with our clients on an
ongoing basis to discuss current and upcoming projects as well as forecast future needs,
sometimes several months or quarters away.

EDGE is committed to taking care of the needs of its assigned consultants. Our Consultant Care
Program includes an assigned Consultant Care Manager (CCM) and ensures timely and accurate
benefits and payroll administration, retention, and networking and marketing. We realize that our
consultants are our representatives at our clients, and it is our goal to make their employment
through EDGE an extremely positive experience.
We understand that consultants, though on assignment to perform their assigned tasks in a highly
effective and professional manner, are our representatives and the face of EDGE on a daily basis
to our client managers. We are dedicated in continuing every effort to ensure their success and
retention. Once on assignment, EDGE Consultants are contacted at least once a month to ensure
all questions are addressed quickly and accurately, via in person meetings, phone, and email, with
specific communication timelines shown below:

EDGE “VIP” PROGRAM
An EDGE VIP is a current EDGE consultant whose assignment has just ended or will be ending
in the next sixty (60) days. Our Consultant Care Manager works with these consultants to help
prepare them for reassignment thereby creating a “virtual bench” of available talent and partners
to remarket across our client base. Our VIP’s are proven, qualified professionals with industry
and technical skills that directly benefit our clients. Further, the EDGE VIP Program allows us to
transition nearly 100 consultants a year to new engagements.
