1. Music for the film
What music best suits my post apocalyptic thriller?

This music for me is what the
viewers of the films in previous
research said they liked, as music
will take a key role in my film as
there will be no dialoged just
narration. I can see how this could
really fit in with the idea of a
building of tension of almost a
chase scene with dialog, or some
kind of preparation and reveal of a
hero who would later be revealed. It
also has a nice ending that slowly
ends on a lower tone where he
could perhaps reach some kind of
safety
“I could see a climax to an
action scene, it could work as
chase music with a key moment
ending the scene on a down or
moment or calm”
William Slocombe
3. This music for me plunges you
straight into the action making the
viewer panic on the spot and
almost get thrown into the action
with the person, its fast and intense
and remains intense throughout the
whole piece, for a few moments it
drops off which makes me believe
that you could have a moment
there where the person gathers
thoughts, at the end it really takes
off this to me suggests there should
be a change in scene for example
leaving a room here, again here I
imagine a chase scene.
“I can picture someone breaking
free from a capture and running
away to safety through chaos”
Daniel Milnes

4. This music for me really creates a
fast building suspense and would
maybe instead of a chase have
someone briskly walking
somewhere however keeping it a
mystery using the enigma method
to keep the audience interested
and in what will happen next. I can
almost see also a problem/”bad
guy” appearing towards the end
and he starts to run and eventually
the problem catches up with him
and takes him down with a camera
cutting to black
“It seems like a post apocalyptic
crime drama it would really
interest me!”
