The water problem in our country and in
1.
2. WHAT IS ECOLOGICAL HOUSE?
The house, which can be called ecological, it must meet
several conditions. Do not just build it from natural
materials or even recycled. The basics of the
environmental friendliness of the building is consumed
during the operation of a small amount of energy.
3. SAVE ENERGY – BUILD ECO HOUSES!
House built in accordance with the
requirements of environmental
care consumes 8 TIMES LESS
ENERGY THAN NORMAL HOUSE!
Currently, the technologies used and
heating equipment makes it to
minimize heat loss and gain
impressive energy balance.
4. FROM WHAT BUILD THIS HOUSES?
For the energy balance of the
building would be
beneficial, it is necessary
to air-tightness
You should build this from
natural resources such as
wood, brick, clay or stone.
5. HOW TO USE RENEWABLE ENERGY?
The ecological house should be applied ecological systems. Here are some
of them:
-
system supply and exhaust ventilation
-
solar collector
-
windmill
-
fireplace insert heating and hot air distribution
-
renewable fuel boiler
-
ground heat exchanger
6. THE WATER PROBLEM IN POLAND
The water problem in Poland is
mainly about the quality of
drinking water.
A lot of chemicals are put in it, and it
may be a little dangerous for
people.
7. WHY ARE THERE CHEMICALS IN THE WATER?
Every hour tons of chemicals are thrown into the environment by us and at
the same time, intro groundwater and surface water which are the
sources of drinking water.
Rich countries build retention basins in which the rainwater is held. Polish
retention basins though, take only 4% of the rainwater, while in the
whole Europe, 30% is kept by the basins.
It means a lot of clean rainwater falls into the ground, mix with
chemicals, sink into the ground, and is taken as clean water.
8. WHAT ABOUT THE REST OF THE WORLD?
Obviously, the biggest water problem is in the continent of Africa.
A lot of people don’t have access to drinkable water. The deficit of water
causes that 40% of the ground can be used to grow plants only after
artificial irrigation.
However, in Egypt 100% of croplands are artificially irrigated.
9. DISTRIBUTION OF EARTH’S WATER
As you can see on the graph only 3%
of world’s water is fresh, so it can
be used for drinking. The rest is
salty water from seas and oceans.
There is a little danger, that if the
glacier and icecaps melt, the
amount of fresh water may lower
because of the water going into
oceans and turning into salty
water.
