 It’s made with
eggs and
potatoes. This
is one of the most
traditional
dishes of Spanish
cuisine. It can be
found in any
bar or restaurant.

5. Ensalada Murciana
 This salad is the
typical salad from
Murcia. The
ingredients are tin
tomato, tuna, fresh
onion, boiled eggs
and small black
olives.
 Murcian Salad is
also popular known
as Murcia mojete

6. Paparajotes
 This is a typical dessert.

It’s made of Murcia lemon
leaves coated with a
mixture made with flour
and basically fried egg and
sprinkle with powdered
sugar and cinnamon.

7. Pan de Calatrava
 Calatrava Bread
pudding is a kind
of typical Murcian
cuisine. It is usually
served cold as a
dessert. It is made
with the
background of
white bread, eggs,
milk, sugar and
caramel.
