It is therefore no wonder that survey respondents identify educating their employees in agile methods and agile transformation of their
function as two of the top 3 commercial priorities (on both buyer and supplier side).
This has also confirmed the annual report STATE OF AGILITY in Procurement & Supply. The main outcome was that there’s currently a
mismatch between strategic importance and action. 92% of executives agreed that adopting agile is of strategic importance, while on the
other hand less are involved in an agile transition or e.g. 78% in procurement has almost no experience in agile contracts.
Furthermore has the COVID-19 crisis emphasized the importance of commercial functions in procurement & sales. Commercial functions need

Expect an agile Learning Experience
Our LAP Trainers are agile in delivering more details in the modules depending on participants needs. Furthermore the modules itself could be
booked individually. In other words sign up for the whole journey or just for some specific modules and develop your personal learning
backlog to get the most out of our learning journey. The participants who sign up for the whole program will build a co-hort, while ad-hoc
participants will build further co-hort’s. To ensure a high level of interaction we usually work in groups of 4-6 and cap the whole class at 25
participants.

Lean-Agile Agreements (LAA) is about Contracts and how we
choose / adapt it together with our partner if the scope is highly
uncertain
Schedule
• Knows continuum of different types of LAA and can
identify fake agile contracts
• Knows dis-/advantages of each LAA type
• Knows basics of a contractual framework
• Can apply criteria’s of LAA Advisory bot to choose the
optimal LAA in given context
• Can coach legal team on crafting / improving a LAA
• Knows how to use the Lean Procurement Canvas to develop
& improve a LAA together with the vendor

Commercial Conversation is about Negotiation based on agile

• Can develop collaborative„tactics“ in respect to the current

This module is about how to improve strategic partner
management and so the alignment between companies with
the principles / practices of LAP.

Management, especial incremental delivery / feedback loops
• Knows how to use the Lean Procurement Canvas to develop
& improve a strategic partnership
• Identifies actions to develop a current partner in a more agile

• Can coach strategic account managers on developing /
improving a partnership
