Unplanned trainingdefinition  The very intense training that is not balanced by  adequate periods of recovery This causes tissue damage & failing of adaptation
Types of un planned training  ,[object Object]
The pushing parent to make a fast result    by giving their kids a private workouts' with other coaches with the basic training without any plan with the primary coach  this case called (Unplanned Private Training or Random Private Training) This 2 elements causes the kids body fail to adapt  physically & mentally because of lower recovery time & the to  much stress
The rushing coach to make a fast result causes: ,[object Object]
Pushing from the management of the club  ( club philosophy ) ,[object Object],[object Object]
 Swim more make the swimmer get a fast and better result
 The more weight training & resistance training the more  stronger will be ,[object Object]
 The more kids swim fast and hard the more  they will be better ,[object Object]
On Bones
On Mentality,[object Object]
Containing Effect On Muscles the way to decrease the amount of the free radicals is to increases the antioxidant vitamins  E  C   Prefer by foods not supplements like  C:  grape fruit  - mangoes – oranges – strawberries What is the free radicals : are a waste products of oxidation that not combined with hydrogen to form water in electron transporter chain it 2% to 5% Leaks out of the electron transporter chain :Research When the training have a balance between the intensity & the period of recovery this will increase the antioxidant enzymes so that  additional free radicals can be removed before they do any damage (Alessio,1993, Higuchi ,et al ., 1985, Quintanilha, 1984 )
Effect on bones  It ok to do weight training but with a well supervision , with proper technique & proper programs for the age ,[object Object]
The potential for bones injuries greater in children than adults because the bones of children have not completely hardened (E. W. maglischo . Training age group & master swimming by ASCA) The growth plates are located at the ends of the bones and are soft where the bones have not completely hardened , these are the areas where bones continue to growing in length during the maturation process
Containing Effect On bones There is some reports showed that resistance training could stunt the growth of the children ,[object Object],Who performed heavy manual labor were noticeably smaller than average (Kato and Ishiko , 1964) this study did not control other factors such as poor nutrition and incidence of toxic illness  ,[object Object],     Brady, Cahill, and Bodner, 1982 Grumbs, et al., 1982 Ryan and Salciccioli,1976) or preadolescents (9-14 y) (Sewall and Michelli, 1984,     weltman, et al., 1986).
Effect On mentality To much stress , mental confusion & board this will causeNeurological over training we will discuss on of parent beliefs in random private training (( this Private training only for technique )) The ship that have 2 captain will sink Mental confusion from random technique private training Every coach have a different philosophies specially in developing technique consequently when the swimmer work on technique with 2 coaches without planning between them he will listen to different ideas for one thing & he will be confused so he will ask himself   who should I listen to ?  & the to coaches push him to listen so what happened between the coach & the swimmer (conflict , confusion , doubts & boring )
Technique training use muscle glycogen too  When we want the swimmer to develop a new way in technique Work we train him first in short distance on slow speed then we  Work with technique & rise the speed up with long rest then after this we try to make him hold the new technique when he is tired by give him a short or medium distance with short rest in 80 to 95 % speed this is the way to make the swimmer to hold the new technique in race   This also will use more muscle glycogen & with this there is no time to recover from this workout  That what happened from unplanned workout
Over Tapering case Their a habit for some swimmers to take some random private workout on technique  before a competition in taper phase  what will happened ?    What is the effect from this ? ,[object Object],    before  it will reduce the muscle glycogen amount in the time     we need to restore it more & give the body more time to rest ,[object Object],    it will give the swimmer more time to rest (active rest) but it     will made the body to recover fast & with the primary tapered    this will made the swimmer rest to much this will cause him to loss    the condition of the form of racing this is what I called                                                     (over tapering)
It is universal case ,[object Object],        Dr: E.W. Maglischo       - success at younger age does not guarantee success later and         in fact there may be indication that the reverse is true          because the swimmers are not brought a long slowly and         because coaches didn't teach them good technique but instead         simply they worked them harder that other coaches at          younger age   -  bringing the swimmers along gradually so they don’t burnout          mentally and so they can contain to improve relative to their          peers as they get older     (( LTAD ))
