Neoteny Start-up Camp 1
                    "Connecting with the Hub of Asia"

1. Event Background

1A. About Neoteny Labs

Neoteny Labs is currently in the process of establishing an early-stage investment fund
and incubator. The principals behind Neoteny Labs are Joichi Ito (General Partner) and
Reid Hoffman (Investment Committee Chairman).

The fund and incubator are expected to be operational in Q1 2010, and will focus on
investing and incubating pre-seed to seed-stage technology start-ups in 3 areas, namely
(1) Consumer Internet, (2) Mobile Applications and (3) Consumer Hardware and
Electronics Design. Neoteny Labs will:

    a. Identify new markets, products and technology trends and guide teams to
       develop in these areas;
    b. Mentor teams with new product ideas and invest in them as they gain traction;
    c. Help with global market entry, partner sourcing and subsequent capital raises;
       and
    d. Develop and attract a network of entrepreneurs, mentors and anchor "smart
       money" in Singapore.

1B: Purpose of Neoteny Start-up Camp 1

The motivations behind the inaugural Neoteny Start-up Camp event are two-fold:

    a. Announce and launch Neoteny Labs;
    b. Introduce overseas investors, entrepreneurs and executives to Singapore's
       entrepreneurial ecosystem;
    c. Introduce and expose local entrepreneurs and executives to overseas investors,
       entrepreneurs and executives; and
    d. Allow for exchange of ideas and knowledge between the international and
       Singapore investor, entrepreneur and executive diaspora.

3. Expected Attendees

We expect attendee numbers to be between 200 and 300, with a stronger concentration
of investors, entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial executives (85%). We also expect to see
a small proportion of students (NUS, NTU and SMU) and iLEs, and hopefully at the
same time reach out to the developer and start-up ecosystem in Asia Pacific.

4. Event Costing

Attendance at the event will be free of charge upon registration at our event site at
http://nsc1.neotenylabs.com. In order to make this event a reality, Neoteny Labs has
sought sponsorships from private-sector partners and government agencies.

The majority of the sponsorship money will be used to cover the flight and
accommodation expenses for the overseas speakers, with the remainder for F&B and
other related event infrastructure.

5. Sponsorship Sought

Neoteny Labs is seeking sponsorships in blocks of US$5,000 from interested and
synergistic partners. Interested parties should contact James Chan at
james@motochan.com.

6. Proposed Value to Sponsors
The sponsor will gain exposure to a wide range of groups
     • Local Singaporeans
     • Local Singaporean companies
     • Companies from around the world with a Singapore presence
     • Leading edge tech entrepreneurs from around the world

Your company will also benefit from the publicity and coverage in local and global
media in the lead up, to and after the event.

There will also be opportunities to display promotional material and provide handouts
to attendees, as well as placement of your company's logo on the event website.

The fund and incubator are expected to be operational in Q1 2010, and will focus on investing and incubating pre-seed to seed-stage technology start-ups in 3 areas, namely (1) Consumer Internet, (2) Mobile Applications and (3) Consumer Hardware and Electronics Design. Neoteny Labs will: a. Identify new markets, products and technology trends and guide teams to develop in these areas; b. Mentor teams with new product ideas and invest in them as they gain traction; c. Help with global market entry, partner sourcing and subsequent capital raises; and d. Develop and attract a network of entrepreneurs, mentors and anchor "smart money" in Singapore. 1B: Purpose of Neoteny Start-up Camp 1 The motivations behind the inaugural Neoteny Start-up Camp event are two-fold: a.
